✅ Do not let your head & chin push forward.
✅ Sit up straight with your shoulders back & down.
✅ Make sure your computer/laptop monitor is positioned so your eyes look straight forward.
✅ Reduce the time spent staring at your phone screen.
✅ Take breaks! We can’t stress this enough: your body needs to move!!
