The team at Life Therapies continues to monitor the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation very closely and are implementing steps in addition to our regular screening and cleaning routines to promote the wellness and safety of our valued clients, employees and community partners. All clinic employees receive routine updates on practices and policies designed to provide enhanced protection for our workspace. All screening is based on the latest guidance from our governmental health agencies.

Important information for clients: We request that you disclose to our staff in advance of your appointment if you have traveled domestically or abroad in the past 14 days OR if you have had close personal contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19 OR if you have traveled domestically or internationally to a region with cases of COVID-19 in the past 14 days and show mild-to-severe flu-like or respiratory symptoms OR if you have been contacted by Public Health for suspected exposure to COVID-19. WE ASK ANY PERSONS RETURNING FROM TRAVEL OUTSIDE CANADA TO RESCHEDULE WITH OUR TEAM IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR RETURN.

We have implemented the following measures:

  • Reducing and regularly disinfecting all touch surfaces and high traffic areas with disinfectants;
  • Continuing to ensure that hand washing is promoted, that tissues and hand sanitizer are available;
  • Pre-screening clients and requesting any and all persons with suspected or confirmed illness to remain at home.
