Now, we all know about recipes posted online – they may have beautiful Instagram worthy pictures, but sometimes the taste leaves much to be desired. Which is why we had to sing the praises of this recipe: Lentil Caprese Bruschetta.
This fresh take on bruschetta includes the addition of French Lentils or Green Lentils and mozzarella. To say it was delicious would be an understatement – it was the perfect prelude to a summer BBQ meal with friends. And yes, this is a kid approved recipe!
