While Tamara treats a wide variety of orthopaedic conditions, she has a special interest in the foot, ankle, and spine. From 2003 to 2006, she was Director of the Physical Therapy Department at the Foot and Ankle Institute of Santa Monica. Her article titled “Physical Therapy Following Peripheral Nerve Surgeries” was published in 2006 in the professional journal Clinics of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery.

Tamara uses a hands-on approach in her practice that combines manual therapy, manual osteopathy, dry needling, acupuncture, cupping, therapeutic and functional exercises, and education.

When not at work, Tamara enjoys being the mother of four active children. Physical exercise is a life-long passion, and to date she has completed one marathon and many half marathons and mini-triathlons.  In 2008 she became a yoga teacher. She strives to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
