Cristy Harper, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist

Cristy Harper has been fascinated and perplexed by the incredible human potential since 2003 when she began her educational journey and in-depth study of all things human. She graduated with honours in 2006 from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC.

In addition to her 3000-hour massage therapy diploma, Cristy has advanced training in the Anatomy Trains Structural Integration Method. In 2017 Cristy began teacher training with Anatomy Trains, a commitment that took her around the world to work with and assist the most influential leaders in Structural Integration. Since 2018 she has been teaching alongside the Anatomy Trains faculty in Canada, the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Taiwan.

Cristy moved to Ottawa in 2020 and she is elated to be joining the Life Therapies team. She enjoys all things related to fitness and endurance and has competed in bodybuilding.  She encourages everyone she meets to find their own inner passion and do what they love most. Her time is split between her clinical practice, teaching for Anatomy Trains, and her recent return to university to complete a Health Science Degree.

With advanced skills in Massage Therapy, Neurofunctional Acupuncture, and Structural Integration, and a passion for anatomy and physiology, Cristy applies her knowledge  within a clinical approach that recognizes each client’s unique needs. She enjoys the complexities of a clinical practice and continually reaches for a deeper understanding of chronic postural patterns that lead people to her and her unique methodology.

If you are looking for a fresh new approach to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals, Cristy looks forward to meeting you
