In his physiotherapy practice, Bharat often prescribes yoga exercises as part of a home exercise program to complement and enhance his physiotherapy treatments.
Bharat’s goal as a Physiotherapist is to minimize pain, improve function, and enhance his patients’ quality of life. He believes there is no universal treatment approach that is right for every individual. He utilizes a variety of specialized techniques to address each individual’s unique challenge or problem, whether it is pain, weakness, stiffness, scar tissue, or a musculoskeletal condition.
Bharat’s career started as an ICU Physiotherapist, which taught him to be empathetic to the specific needs and concerns faced by a diverse group of individuals and families. He has also worked in an Orthopedic Department where he treated acute to chronic injuries, sports injuries, and post-surgical repairs like ACL, PCL, and patellar ligament reconstruction, hip and knee replacements, and much more. He has a special interest in treating shoulders (rotator-cuff tears), backs, and knees.
