PELVIC HEALTH INFOGRAPHIC STYLE (WIDE)

It is important for women of all ages to maintain pelvic floor muscle strength.

Kegels are NOT always indicated for all pelvic floor problems. Sometimes they do more harm than good, and often they are NOT performed correctly.

Exercises for the pelvic floor have numerous benefits including:

  • improving and maintaining bladder function
  • reducing pain with intercourse
  • reducing pelvic pain
  • reducing low back pain
